2.1.2. E-Commerce Packaging & Fulfilment: Packaging, order processing, and fulfilment for e-commerce businesses.

2.1.3. Warehousing & Storage Solutions: Secure storage and inventory management solutions.

2.1.4. Medical Courier: Specialized handling and delivery of medical supplies and specimens.

2.1.5. Bulk & Corporate Logistics: Large-scale logistics solutions for corporate clients.

2.1.6. Reverse Logistics & Returns Handling: Management of product returns and reverse logistics.

2.1.7. Logistics & Supply Chain Consultancy: Expert advice and solutions for supply chain optimization.

2.2. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without prior notice.

3.1. To use our Services, you must:

7.3. We will investigate and respond to your complaint within a reasonable timeframe.

8.1. You agree not to use our Services to transport or store the following prohibited goods:

8.1.1. Illegal or restricted substances, including narcotics and counterfeit goods.

8.1.2. Hazardous materials, including explosives, flammable items, and toxic chemicals.

8.1.3. Perishable goods requiring refrigeration or special handling, unless expressly agreed in writing.

8.1.4. Cash, currency, or negotiable instruments.

8.1.5. Live animals, except as permitted under applicable laws and with prior written consent.

8.2. We reserve the right to refuse or dispose of any prohibited goods at your expense and without liability.

9.1. We offer optional insurance coverage for goods in transit or storage.

9.2. To obtain insurance coverage, you must:

9.2.1. Declare the value of the goods at the time of booking.

9.2.2. Provide written consent for the insurance coverage.

9.2.3. Pay the applicable insurance premium.

9.2.4. Insurance coverage is subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance policy provided by our third-party insurer.

9.2.5. If you choose not to obtain insurance, our liability for loss or damage will be limited as outlined in Section 11 below.

10.1. In the event of loss, damage, or delay of goods, compensation will be subject to the following conditions:

10.1.1. Insured Goods: If you have obtained insurance coverage, compensation will be governed by the terms of the insurance policy.

10.1.2. Uninsured Goods: If you have not obtained insurance coverage, our liability shall be limited to the lesser of:

10.1.2.1. The actual value of the goods.

10.1.2.2. KES 10,000 per shipment.

10.2. Compensation claims must be submitted in writing within seven (7) working days of the delivery date or the date the loss or damage was discovered.

10.3. We reserve the right to inspect the goods and request supporting documentation before processing any claim.

11.1. MOTORSPEED LOGISTICS AND FULFILMENT CENTRE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.2. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

12.1. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MOTORSPEED LOGISTICS AND FULFILMENT CENTRE LIMITED, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

12.1.3. Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations in Kenya.

13.1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

13.1.2. Fraudulent or illegal activity.

13.1.3. Non-payment of fees.

13.1.4. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.
